I’ve been reading a book from my personal library that I never completed reading when I first received it. It’s “Body By God” by Dr. Ben Lerner. It’s basically an owner’s manual for you and your body based on how God dictates your body mamangement.
The part on eating style has been very eye-opening and I’ve started implementing some of the guidleines. What foods are acceptable for your Body By God, when to eat them, and in which combinations to be most effective. So far, it’s been pretty easy and I think successful. I’m not hungry and I feel like I’m losing already (that could be psychological, but who cares?).
I’ll continue on with this endeavor and will update the blog on how it’s going. For the first time in a long time, I feel optomistic about my diet, or UN-diet as the BBG states.
